a mobile business

Who says that your car is only meant to transport you from one place to the other! It can also be used to enhance your financial position and your general well being if done in a creative way. You can be mobile in carrying out your profitable business. Nobody can stop you to maximise the use of your car as long as it is not an illegal activity...it is your car anyway....you pay for your road tax, insurance, etc. There is this success story which may be too familiar to you but well...it is still a fact that this guy can boast of having a very comfortable lifestyle which is much better than a lot of the crowd out there. He used to store his full range of merchandise in the booth of his car which has been modified heavily. He had his share of problem when during road block by the Traffic police, he has to do a lot of explanation.Well, that is history for this guy now. He can now afford a much more luxurious lifestyle all because he had a creative way to use his car. Check out how he did it in

The income earner is a loving husband

A marriage counsellor said that a husband who looks after his car well will also be a loving husband. You can depend on him to be a good head of the family. So, this is a message of advice to young girls who are about to get married. Before you rush to tie the knot and regret for the rest of your life, it is worthwhile to listen to this marriage counsellor's simple advice. He said if you want to have a happy marriage take a little time to observe the attitude of your husband-to-be towards his car. This may well indicate whether you are going to have a miserable marriage or a happy one.
He said the way a person handles his car, will tell a lot about that person's behaviour. If he is rough and inconsiderate, you can expect that this is the way he will treat his wife. You may end up sleeping next to a ruffian every night and may drive you to insanity. He will not be able to support his family financially.
If he is a road bully, he will also be a wife bully. You will find yourself married to a wife beater and a penniless person.
If he does not remember when is the next service appointment for his car, how would you expect him to remember your birthday what more your wedding anniversary. There are people who are a bit macho with their cars but do not know how to make themselves financially independent. Be careful with these people. They are egoistic and will never listen to their wives. Their wives will always be living under their shadows and will be forever enslaved by them.
Be careful with a person who is reckless with his driving, he will be adventurous in his life too.He is a gambler with his money as well.He will not hesitate to dump you for another woman at any opportunity available to him. He would be a happy volunteer for a wife swapping programme.
Here is a consolation as found out by a researcher at a local University. A person who loves his car and takes care of it very well will be a good sexual partner. You can be assured that he will be passionate and romantic too in bed and will manage his money well. A middle aged lady who has been married happily for more than thirty years was asked about her secret..with a grin she simply replied 'my husband is a car lover.' And more importantly, he knows from where his million cash will come from.

doing business can be anywhere

People nowadays are too busy. They are looking for quick fix for financial freedom. They have become time conscious. They have lost their patience. They cannot afford to wait for a long time. They want immediate monetary returns.
They are also quality conscious. Even when they want their cars to be washed, they want it done quickly and precisely. After washing they expect their cars to be free from grime and dirt and shining too. They expect their cars to be taken care of by professional car carers.
They also expect to be entertained while their cars are being washed. They also want to have lunch at the same place so that they can go back straight to their work again and resume their pursuit of making money.
They also expect the place to be comfortable and if possible they are able to do their work so that they do not feel as if they have left their office.
At Aerospeed carwash Kinarut ,we can almost fulfill all of the above. We know what our customers want and we strive to achieve it for them.
For some interesting anecdotes on money making please share it with me.

millionaires and used cars

How many of us have suffered headaches when we wanted to buy or dispose off used cars? There have been many untold anxieties when it comes to such things. I for one must confess that it is not my cup of tea. I always feel the loser at the end of the day!!!....almost turn me into an insomniac!!!
Some people enlist their friends or the friendly second hand salesman or resort to sticking posters on their window screen to attract potential customers....effective?.... sometimes but not all the time. Even the most trusted friends will want to make a buck or two out of you....so be on the alert.
But not everything is bad....there are also success stories of people becoming millionaires out of selling and buying used cars...and it is all done professionally....no tricks or conning another human beings!!! An invite for you....if you are passing Aerospeed Carwash Kinarut on a Friday afternoon, feel free to drop by. We are offering free 'bubur caca' and 'goreng pisang' to our customers. This is the Sabah way of showing gratitude to customers. Got any interesting story to share on how to make the first million?

my first investment

My first investment was a car. And it was an OPEL a typical continental car....its plate no. EJxx....considering it was about 30 years ago... I would say it has a sporty look. I bought it for a clean rm4,000.00....equivalent to 6 months of saving and tightening my belt. It had only two doors...a bit inconvenient if for a family use but for an eligible bachelor then, it served me well. It caused many heads to turn every time I zoomed past the town centre...or could it be those charming chicks that I was ferrying around!!! It took me long distances, on tarmac roads and even muddy roads which Sabah is still famous for. It even got me across rivers..wow...I wouldn't want to risk that now. On weekends, my timetable was always full...my buddies would booked me to provide them transport. And of course the part that I enjoyed so much was to get them meet up with their galfriends in the kampong. Many happy endings happened thanks to my oldy OPEL.....
